Caroline Chavez

 Caroline Chavez is the Founder and Broker of Lotus Commercial Real Estate Services and has proudly served the Las Vegas Commercial Real Estate Industry for over two decades. Caroline has managed many asset type, including Office, Industrial, Retail and spent 10 years of her career successfully managing over 300,000 square feet of Medical Office space on 3 hospital campuses. During this time, she developed and implemented a 5 year, $3,000,000.00 capital improvement budget, while simultaneously saving the asset over $300,000 in annual expenses by performing a complete audit of services, correcting systemic deficiencies and onboarding new systems and procedures. Additionally, Caroline has proven success in project management, contract negotiations, tenant retention, where over a period of 3 years, she increased and suatained occupancy of a 100,000 sq. ft office building from 44% to 90%. Her team leadership and vendor relations all contributing to the overall success and performance of the properties she oversees. As an active member of the commercial real estate industry, she was nominated by her peers and served as the 2018 BOMA Nevada President, was the 2019 chair for "WIN" (Women's Integrated Network) and recipient of the 2022 "Women of Distinction" award by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). One of her most memorable (and favorite) accomplishments was  effectively lobbying in Washington for issues affecting the commercial real estate industry. Caroline strives to be a resource to all professionals in her field. Having a platform to volunteer and support the community she loves is extremely important to her as well as spending quality time, creating memories with her husband Alex and their beautiful grandchildren. 

Jennifer Rodriguez- Del Toro

  

Jennifer Rodriguez Del Toro is an accomplished executive professional with a proven track record in high-level administrative management, operational strategy, and team leadership. As the Manager at Lotus, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow, and fostering a structured and efficient environment for both employees and clients. Her expertise in executive support, project coordination allows her to optimize business functions while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence.

With years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite executives, Jennifer has mastered the art of managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and overseeing internal operations with precision. Her ability to streamline processes, handle vendor relations, and manage corporate finances has contributed significantly to the success of the organizations she has supported. She thrives in fast-paced environments where adaptability and problem-solving are key, ensuring that executive teams remain focused and productive.

Prior to her role at Lotus, Jennifer dedicated several years to providing comprehensive executive assistance, overseeing multi-property management, financial planning, and large-scale project coordination. Her role encompassed travel logistics, event planning, employee onboarding, and ensuring the seamless execution of strategic business initiatives. Her keen eye for detail, proactive approach, and ability to anticipate business needs make her an invaluable asset to any leadership team.
